Richard A. Negrón

Richard A Negron is the founder of JVR TECH LLC – a management consulting company, he is an investor, inventor, entrepreneur, and technologist for over 25 years. He has worked for major system integrators and defense contractors like Raytheon, Computer Science Corporation, and DXC Technology. Recently he has been focusing on Real Estate investing and commercial lending to help investors acquire new assets to increase their passive income through multi-family investing. He also works with contractors and government agencies in a consulting capacity to address their business and mission needs.

Richard holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, and a Masters of Management Information System from the University of Phoenix. He also holds certifications in PMP, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma. Richard joined our Board of Directors on January, 2016 with the purpose of wanting to make a difference in the lives of our students on the Island as well as advancing the goals of our community.
